Comments and Assignment

Honeybadger has simple project-management capabilities built in. We group occurrences of the same error into a single, unified Error. Each Error page is kind of like an Issue in GitHub Issues. You can:

• Mark Errors as resolved or unresolved
• Assign Errors to a teammate
• Discuss the Error with your coworkers (via markdown comments with all the bells and whistles)

You'll know how convenient this is if you've ever tried to discuss a problem by pasting backtraces into Slack or if you've had to copy errors from your logs into an issue tracker manually.

If you prefer to track errors in Github, Gitlab, or Jira, we've also got you covered. Honeybadger can create and manage tickets in many popular issue trackers.
